Hereunder we supply you with a concise description of the essential characteristics of the processing of personal data that you will supply through sending your CV and through the course of any potential interview that may follow, conducted by our companies:

who act as Joint controllers of your personal data (henceforth, collectively, the “Companies” or “FENDI”).

a) Identity and contact details of the Data Controller:

Joint data controllers are the Companies: FENDI S.r.l., FENDI Italia S.r.l., as previously identified.

b) Purpose and legal basis of personal data processing:

The personal data supplied by you will form the subject of the processing by FENDI, with respect to the regulations indicated above, exclusively for the activity of research and selection of personnel.

The sharing of your personal data is voluntary, but in refusing to supply it or to consent to its subsequent processing, you prevent FENDI from inserting this data in their archive and, consequently, from evaluating your application for the purpose of the potential establishment of a work/internship relationship with you.

The processing and the communication of your personal data, for the purposes of the methods described in the present informational document, may take place without requiring your consent pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulation.

Among the personal data supplied by you for the aforementioned purposes there may be some described as special categories of personal data such as state of health, belonging to protected categories, motive for exemption from military service, etc. Such data may be the subject of processing by FENDI only with your consent pursuant to Article 9, paragraph 2, letter a) of the Regulation.

Where you would supply personal data of third parties (e.g. representatives, former employers, etc.), you must be sure that such third parties are informed and have given consent (where necessary) for the use of the data according to the stipulations of the present informational document.

c) Sharing of data:

Please provide us with all the data marked as “compulsory” (*) in the data collection form since it is necessary for your registration and the creation of your account; in the case of missing data or incomplete sections, the registration cannot be completed. Neglecting to fill out the other “optional” data sections will simply prohibit us from using such data to evaluate your candidature.

d) Method of personal data processing

In relation to the above indicated purposes, the processing of personal data will occur through paper or digital archiving, in full compliance with the guidelines as stipulated by the Regulation and, in any case, in a manner that guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data.

e) Period of holding of personal data

Your personal data will be held for a length of time strictly necessary to decide whether or not to proceed with your hiring, and following that, unless you object, your data may be held in anticipation of further job opportunities corresponding to your profile. In any case, your personal data will not be held for a period exceeding 12 months after its reception or from the last modification/update of the same communicated by you, after which time the data will be deleted or rendered anonymous.

f) Area of communication of personal data (recipients)

Your data will not be distributed – that is, it will not be divulged to the public or to an indeterminate number of subjects – and can be accessed (within the limits of the respective area of competence) on occasion by subjects authorised for processing who are in charge of management and selection of personnel, from Human Resources Management and from Company Management, interested in the recruitment of new personnel/interns, and also by IS&T Management, limited to technical management requirements of our IT systems. Your data may also be communicated to external companies that supply instrumental services in the activity of recruitment.

g) Rights pursuant to Articles 15 through to 22 of the Regulation

By sending communication for the attention of Human Resources Management, email: you may exercise your rights pursuant to Articles 15 and following of the Regulation, among which, in summary, are:

– the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not your personal data is being processed;

– the right to be granted access to your personal data and the information indicated by Article 15 of the Regulation;

– the right to correct your inaccurate personal data without undue delay or to supplement your incomplete personal data;

– the right to delete your personal data without undue delay;

– the right to be granted restrictions on the processing of your personal data;

– the right to be informed of any corrections or deletion or restrictions concerning the processing carried out in relation to your personal data;

– the right to receive your personal data on an automatic device in a structured, ordinary and legible format;

– the right to oppose, at any time, for reasons related to a particular situation, the processing of your personal data.

Further, you have the right to revoke, at any time, any consent provided for processing.

h) Transfers outside EU:

For the aforementioned purposes, your personal data may be subject to transfer to Countries outside of the European Union, where foreign FENDI Companies and LVMH Group have headquarters, pursuant to which further information is available on our site and on the site

The transfer of your data to any third party country will occur with your prior consent and in any case shall be compliant with the guarantees, measures and rights established under the Regulation.

Through a simple request to the references indicated in paragraph g), you may receive further information on the transfer of your data, on the guarantees regarding their protection, as well as on the means of obtaining such data or the place where they were made available.

i) Complaint to the Data Protection Authority

We hereby remind you that, in the event that you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the regulatory provisions, you may file a complaint with the Authority for personal data protection (, or with the Authority for personal data protection with jurisdiction in the country you reside habitually, work in or in the place where the alleged infringement took place.
