The Commercial Division defines the brand’s sales strategies and plans Fendi’s commercial presence across the world through a network of retail outlets as well as through other wholesale and franchisee sales channels. The Buying & Merchandising Departments manage product categories within stores, channelling sales and market trends.

The architects of Store Planning and the Visual Merchandising team work together as set designers and true artists in order to create unique locations and display the products in a desirable manner attracting even the most demanding customers. In support of all other company departments, this Division also includes Customer Relationship Management, Retail Training and Retail Performance Management activities.
