Within our offices in Bagno a Ripoli (Florence), we are looking for an Industrial & Logistic Facility Manager. The candidate will report to the LG Industrial Director and to WW Logistic Director. He/ she will oversee the facility of our 2 industrial sites in Tuscany (Leathergoods Production Site and Logistic Site) with a scope of about 600 employees. The ideal candidate will be largely focused on monitoring and prevention, detail-oriented and ready to act in emergencies.

Main Responsibilities

  • To be primary point of responsibility for plant daily Facility operations management for both sites;
  • Monitor maintenance supplier and subcontractors contracts according to the agreement and higher SLA and KPIs;
  • Responsible for the perfect state of cleanliness of the premises;
  • Providing strategies to plan and organize work systems to promove enviroment and recommending suitable adaptations to plant, machinery and processes;
  • Ensure that all suppliers’ activities are carried out respecting costs, timing, desired quality level as well as the requirements of legislation and company’s owned certifications;
  • Identify issues or non-conformity;
  • Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.
  • Organize and develop arrangements of space and workspace and lead efficient space optimization projects.
  • Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to the WW Industrial Director and to the Line Managers of the sites and to stakeholders;
  • Any other Facility activities required by Fendi;
  • Lead all projects related to refurbishment, new equipment and tools implementation;
  • Follow up the maintenance of the certifications of the sites;
  • Manage efficiently budget, costs and savings;
  • Manage and coordinate the Facility team members;


  • Proven experience in Facility and Environment matters (at least 5 years in the same role);
  • BSc/BA in management Engineering or Architectural equivalent with additional professional qualifications in Facility matters;
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation and procedures;
  • Experience in writing reports and policies;
  • Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Outstanding organizational skills;
  • Diligent with great attention to details;
  • Fluent in Italian and English
