Position:

MISSION STATEMENT

To upkeep and implement the FENDI image in-store, product launches, opening and events. This role will lead the VM execution across the Greater China region, encompasses the entire VM lifecycle, from ideation to completion, ensuring alignment with brand identity and strategic objectives. This role will be responsible for overseeing and delivering an array of high-impact that encompass the realms of visual merchandising, event management, and brand representation, VM budget control, all while keeping a keen eye on the company's vision and long-term sustainability.

Job responsibilities:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop strong communication and working relationship with HQ VM team.

- Communicate Key VM window initiatives to GC VM network.

- Provide artistic direction, support and solutions to local teams.

- Steamline and consolidate information across all product categories to ensure clear comprehension and application of VM window rotation guidelines.

- Request and compile window photos from each store to review with China VM team on quality and execution, send photos and feedback to HQ team after completion of each scheme.

- Regularly VM implementation to China stores by retail strategy.

- Production control with local contractor sourcing in China.

- Update VM guideline to each store follow HQ VM strategy.

- Visual merchandising training, regular in-store training conducted in each store in different cities.

- Building the visual database from VM activities.

- Control, update, monitor and manage VM budget (finance / region / HQ).

- Evaluate, negotiate and challenge all VM vendor partnerships aiming optimized spending.

- Efficiently plan ,develop and present strategic budgets that align with the company's long-term vision and support sustainable growth.

Profile:

STANDARD LEVEL OF COMPETENCIES

1.  Experience: 10 years retail visual merchandising experience in a multi-store format preferred.

2.  Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Tertiary education in visual arts, interior design or similar arts related field

3.  Personality: 

- Logistically minded;

- Good communication skills / both oral and written;

- Excellent VM professional skills, detail- and result-oriented

- Capacity to have a critical approach;

- Strong analytical abilities.
