Position:

FENDI Japan MD Assistant Manager / Manager will be responsible for all MD activities related to W’s RTW/FUR, SHOES, and KIDS categories.

Job responsibilities:

•    Conduct strategic buying at Milan showroom or Rome HQ 4 times a year
•    Make allocation plan of merchandise by stores with the good understanding of each stores’ character.
•    Analyze sales by product category/store, on a weekly & monthly basis and make an action plan to boost the sales
•    Coordinate inter-store transfers on a weekly basis to achieve high ST
•    Frequent store visits to understand the customer needs
•    Seasonal product training to stores + adhoc training to the stores who are not performing well 
•    Create reorder plan 
•    Execute promotional events together with Retail and Marketing team
•    Market survey to get competitors’ information including price survey
•    Interface with counterparts in Rome and make proactive product development request that meets local trend
•    All of the tasks will be overviewed by Director in order to be well coordinated with other categories
•    Attending to multiple events for support. 

Profile:

•    English skill: TOEIC over 800 in order to communicate with HQ on a daily basis
•    Native level of Japanese & Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) are MUST
•    Advanced PC skills, mainly in Excel and in PowerPoint
•    Deep knowledge in Fashion
•    Good communication skill especially the skill to communicate with stores
•    Open minded with strong sense of ownership and proactive attitude
•    Oversea Travel:  4 times a year to Italy
