As a Client Advisor at FENDI Australia, based in the prestigious Collins Street, Melbourne boutique, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while embodying FENDI’s rich heritage, values, and style. Your responsibility will be to serve as a brand ambassador, providing personalized service to clients, enhancing client relationships, and driving sales through exceptional product knowledge, storytelling, and clienteling.
Job responsibilities:
Client Experience:
- Provide an elevated, luxury shopping experience to clients, ensuring FENDI’s high standard of hospitality and service is delivered at every step.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients through effective clienteling, understanding their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Act as a FENDI ambassador, engaging clients with the brand's history, craftsmanship, and culture.
Sales Performance:
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through effective selling techniques, cross-selling, and up-selling.
- Utilize product knowledge to educate clients and suggest suitable products.
- Track and follow up on client requests and orders, ensuring timely communication and delivery.
Product Expertise:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of FENDI’s current collection, materials, and craftsmanship.
- Stay informed of the fashion industry and competitor trends.
- Share insights and product details with clients to create a tailored shopping experience.
Boutique Operations:
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and merchandising to ensure the boutique is always presentable and products are available.
- Support the team in boutique activities such as events, client appointments, and VIP fittings.
- Adhere to FENDI’s visual standards and guidelines.
Clienteling & Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture a strong client base through CRM tools, events, and outreach initiatives.
- Organize client appointments, private fittings, and other luxury services to cultivate long-term relationships.
- Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed of new collections, events, and personalized recommendations.
Profile:
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in luxury retail or a client-facing role, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and luxury.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the FENDI brand, its heritage, and luxury fashion trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment with flexibility in working hours, including weekends.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and POS systems is an advantage.
