The First at Fendi Program aims to welcome the New Generation by offering them a disruptive experience within the Fendi Family in a context of fast pace.

As main mission, the intern will be developing a dedicated business-oriented project during the length of its experience as well as experiencing a real-life working environment and gaining a strategic vision on our business priorities.


Based in the HO in Rome, you will have the opportunity to take the lead to a key project related to Retail Training Europe Department.

Main Tasks

You will support the Training department in growing the EU network to its highest potential in terms of both KPIs’ performance and Soft skills.
You will have the opportunity to experience a blended vision of Retail, mixing the HQ strategy with the in-store dynamics at 360 - from Brand Values and Client Experience to Product Knowledge and Retail Excellence, while strengthening your communicational abilities and way of collaborating with different talented professionals.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Support on the preparation and facilitation of different training initiatives (Classroom trainings, training events and webinars), developing your understanding of Adult Learning and facilitation skills.
  • Support and facilitate on the communication of new e-learning courses across Europe
  • Track & Monitor eLearning completion rate of European Stores
  • Retail Training Platform: facilitate the technical support and maintenance of active employees
  • Support the onboarding and enrollment flow of new joiners
  • Take part of store visits or Daily Briefs to strengthen your Retail vision and to build trust and rapport with key retail stakeholders


  • Strong interest for Luxury Retail and passion for Fashion environment
  • Proficient use of Excel and Powerpoint
  • English is required. French, Deutsch, Turkish or other languages represent a plus.
  • Organizational Skills, able to work with short deadline without missing a detailed-oriented approach
