The position is based in Rome. Reporting to the Payroll, Administration & Reporting Manager Italy, the ideal candidate will be involved in the following activities:

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan and control labor costs including monitoring of the annual budget and subsequent revision phases;
  • Manage, with the rest of the team, the Payroll process based on pre-established quality standards defined in company processes/procedures;
  • Acquire and record inputs into the payroll application, including through massive import files;
  • Verify the correct generation of accounting entries necessary for the automatic recognition of personnel costs;
  • Support the office in the creation of post payroll reporting;
  • Updating data within Info Budget;
  • Creation of monthly reports for monitoring KPIs.


  • Bachelor's degree in Economics;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role within an international environment;
  • Good knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel;
  • Experienced in data set manipulation and analysis;
  • Ability and aptitude to work under stress and under tight deadlines with strong flexibility and dynamism;
  • Fluency in Italian and English;
  • Accuracy and precision, planning and organization with strong analytical skills.
