As part of the HR team in the Europe & Middle East Region, you will be involved in the payroll cost controlling and forecasting at regional level, monthly HR reporting and ad-hoc analysis. You will also support the personnel administration for the assigned countries.

Main activities:

  • Prepare and submit the LVMH monthly HR reporting in coordination with the local HR Managers
  • Support local Retail teams in the calculation of sales force incentives & management of the monthly payout
  • Support the personnel administration for the assigned countries (contracts drafting, disciplinary, timekeeping etc.)
  • Collect information related to new joiners, leavers and moves monthly
  • Update the database on a regular basis with the consolidation of the personal information (gender, date of birth, role, etc.)
  • Ad hoc missions: survey, input on calculation, annual report, commission and salary review


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/economics/human resources
  • Fluent Italian and English is a must
  • Advanced MS Excel proficiency
  • Ability to use MS Office
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Precision and commitment
  • A short previous experience in HR Admin & Payroll will be a plus
