Responsible for the management Fendi Stores in the Las Vegas region. This role works with all our boutique teams in the Las Vegas region and will report to the Vice President of Retail. The Area Director will be responsible for finding opportunities within their region, partnering with corporate partners to support their market; including but not limited to execution of business objectives, with an oversight to market profitability, upholding brand image and talent development.


Sales & Client Development:
•    Act as an advocate of your respective region, making recommendations to best support all aspects of the retail business while working with corporate partners to set strategic objectives and vision for boutiques in the region to drive focus on client and commercial critical metrics
•    Lead and develop the retail team to achieve business objectives.
•    Develop and maintain client relationships to meet business goals.
•    Closely supervise and analyze sales performance in all stores. Ensure that all employees are assigned sales and efficiency goals and that they receive consistent training and mentoring to reach these goals.
•    Ensure that Store Managers proactively be responsible for the clientelling process. 
•    Partner closely with the Merchandising and Supply Chain teams to ensure that all stores have the accurate product assortment and product availability to achieve sales goals.
•    Establish and maintain positive relationships with the local department store management.
•    Propose and develop actions to strengthen the relationship with existing customer groups and reach out for new customers and strengthen awareness of the Fendi brand.
•    Develop public relation events in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Department to strengthen relations with existing client groups and reach out for new ones. 
Team Development & HR Management:
•    Responsible for leading all aspects of recruiting and staffing for all open store positions, closely coordinated with the Human Resources team. 
•    Retain and develop talent both internally and externally, focusing on developing future leaders.
•    Be responsible for the annual review process for the Region. Conduct PCR reviews for all direct reports.
•    Ensure that Fendi training initiatives are successfully implemented in the region.
•    Navigating sophisticated and sometimes ambiguous environment while supporting consistent transformation and change
Retail Operations & Performance Management:
•    Full responsibility for P&L for the region.
•    Safeguard the physical security of company assets, customers, and employees.
•    Ensure internal control procedures are implemented and closely supervised.
•    Work with the Director of Retail Performance and the Regional Operations Managers to develop, implement and supervise policies and procedures for the stores.
•    Streamline retail operations processes and procedures to ensure that they are efficient and effective.
•    Own the store opening process for new stores.
