The First at Fendi Program aims to welcome the New Generation of Talents by offering them a disruptive experience within the Fendi Family in a context of fast pace.

As main mission, the intern will be developing a dedicated business-oriented project during the length of the 6 months journey, as well as experiencing a real-life working environment and gaining a strategic vision on our business priorities.

 

Project

Based in the HO in Paris, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on a key project related to Retail Operations in the relevant scope.

As part of the EMEI Retail Team, you will manage all operating activities related to existing stores and new openings. As Retail Operations Assistant, you will provide administrative and general support to the Retail Operations across the Region, facilitating activities, communication and execution of projects in cooperation with the other departments and stores.

Job responsibilities:

Accountabilities

  • Support the procurement and purchasing of goods & services for the Retail department.
  • Close cooperation with Retail Directors and Store Managers in daily activities, providing both administrative and operative support
  • Provide administrative support to Retail Operations France
  • Facilitate communication and execution among the stores, company departments and Retail Operations team on various topics (budgeting, targets assignment, uniforms, etc…)
  • Create analysis and presentations to support business needs
  • Supervise Stores’ adherence to Company procedures and guidelines
  • Coordinate ordinary and extraordinary store maintenance: IT hardware and software, equipment, security systems, administrative filing, etc
  • Monitoring Stock management and Cycle count planning with the stores to ensure deadlines are met each month
  • Store Visits with the Retail Operations for France
  • Working closely with Supply Chain departments

Profile:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • Strong knowledge and/or interest for fashion/luxury industry
  • Computer skills and proficiency with the Suite Office (Excel; Powerpoint)
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication and excellent relational skills
  • Confidence, organization, professionalism
  • Team player who can adapt to different environments
